Terms of use
These terms cover the Orlaeg app and service during its private beta. By using Orlaeg you agree to them.
Using Orlaeg
- You may use Orlaeg to record and transcribe conversations where you are allowed to. You are responsible for telling people they are being recorded and for obeying the recording laws that apply to you.
- Do not use Orlaeg to record people in secret, to harass anyone, or to break the law.
- You keep ownership of your recordings and transcripts. You allow Orlaeg to process them as the privacy policy describes, only to provide the service to you.
The beta
Orlaeg is provided as is, without a promise that it is accurate, always available or free of mistakes. Transcripts and speaker names can be wrong; check anything that matters. The beta can change or end; if it does, your files are still in your own Google Drive.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of Orlaeg.
